If you’ve been involved in Environmental Medicine as long as I have, you are trained to recognize signs of allergy – especially in children. What’s not to love about little Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Cute, adorable and thoroughly charming. But could the royal children be allergic? How could you tell? Visible signs of milk allergy are red circles under the eyes, dark circles or puffiness under the eyes. These signs are quite visible in pictures of George and Charlotte. Take a look at any British magazine devoted to the royals. Hello Magazine is a good source for photos. The royal children are rarely seen in public but during a visit to British Columbia Canada the allergic eyes were hard to miss. Allergies to milk are very common. Not only the visible signs but digestive problems, fluid retention, weight gain as well as respiratory problems and ear infections. All of which clear up as soon as the consumption of cow’s milk is stopped. As an allergy-testing technician with thirty years of experience, I’ve seen enough to say – stop the milk!
