Near Death Experiences Discussed on Dr. OZ Posted on October 4th, 2011

Near death experiences are no longer a taboo topic of discussion. Popular TV host and surgeon Dr. Mehmet Oz discussed NDE’s on a recent program. The professionals and subjects interviewed confirmed what we already know – there is life after death.

Imagine going into cardiac arrest, actually dying, receiving chest compressions, returning to the OR and discussing tiny details that no one would know unless they were conscious and present in the room. This is the nature of the inexplicable NDE a topic that has captivated millions of viewers. According to statistics, seventy-five percent of the population believes in angels and an even greater number believes in life after death.

In my own life, I have had a “guardian angel” experience and an out-of-body experience which verified for me that life and our experiences are not random but divinely orchestrated. I have written about these experiences in my books “The Body Knows.” In 1995, while driving along a country road, I was hit from behind by a pick-up truck. At the moment of impact I heard a loud booming voice saying, life is short and very precious! I was in complete surrender, knowing that this could be my last breath. As I gripped the wheel and the whole scene lit up with searing white light. In a nanosecond, I saw the meaning and purpose for our lives and how life works. Cars were flying in different directions, the truck was overturned at the side of the road and somehow I managed to end up, upright and unhurt.

On a spiritual level, it was probably one of the most dramatic and revealing experiences of my life. Where I was taken and what I was shown at the moment of impact was beyond time and space. In this brief second, I also shown that it was a privilege to have a physical body. I could feel many souls pressing in on me and I could hear them telling me that they would dearly love to be in physical form, to have another chance to complete their mission here on earth. The next concept that I was shown was that everything has weight and importance. Every “good” thought, word or action is noted and carries weight, as does every “other” thought, word or action. Nothing is without its price tag. Understanding this concept was life changing for me. No secrets are hidden and everything is recorded on the etheric plane. In this thirty-second experience, I was also given the insight that we are only here to love and to serve. It doesn’t matter what kind of clothes we wear, it doesn’t matter what our house looks like or the type of car we drive or how we look. We could be fat or thin, young or old, plain or pretty. What matters is that we are in loving service to humanity. Dr Oz is right on with this program.

Dr. Oz Takes on Libido Posted on October 25th, 2010

If you’re female and over 40 chances are libido could be an issue. Declining hormones account for 40 percent of women complaining about vaginal dryness (sandpaper sex)vaginal yeast infections and a general lack of spice in the bedroom. Today Dr. Oz focused on three low-cost strategies. For vaginal dryness, a silicone lubricant was suggested. A probiotic insert Pro-B Capsules insures healthy vaginal bacteria thus eliminating odor and discharge. Finally “Vagifem” vaginal estrogen inserts help to improve the elasticity of vaginal tissue and increase vaginal moisture. Now just find the right partner and enjoy!

Dr Oz’s Shocking News Posted on September 24th, 2010

Imagine the news when guru-doctor Memet Oz showed abnormal results in a routine colonoscopy. The ultra healthy talk show host was shocked to learn that he is at high risk for colon cancer. A routine colonoscopy filmed for the Dr Oz Show, turned up an adenomatous polyp, a growth that can develop into colon cancer. For a guy who lunches on bulgur pilaf and green drinks, you have to wonder why he doesn’t have the healthiest colon in the world. Oz who eschews junk food in all forms and unhealthy habits of all kinds shows none of the usual risks associated with colon cancer, a disease that affects 143,000 people in the US each year. The Dr Oz diagnosis is a wake-up call for people to have a colonoscopy screening done as part of a routine checkup. When I turned 65, I had one done. The attending physician pronounced that I had the colon of a 17 year old! Think about drinking more water, increasing your vegetable intake and to keep the bowels regular, mix a little goat yogurt with oat or rice brand and sprinkle with walnuts. In doctor Oz’ case, I can’t help thinking that his almost-vegetarian diet may have created a nutritional deficiency that predisposed him to this precancerous condition. An extensive blood test could determine what’s missing.

Dr OZ on Fungus Posted on May 8th, 2010

Finally a voice of reason on the topic of fungus! Who would have believed it – today on the Dr Oz Show, the good doctor himself with a petri dish of fungus in his hand explaining the dangers of fungus, parasites and pollens which can be found in the carpeting in your home, and get into your lungs and affect your nervous system. New carpeting and other materials also out-gas for many months exuding toxic fumes and adding to the body’s already over burdened chemical load. Recent studies show that new born infants can have up to 300 chemicals in their blood stream out of some 70,000 different chemicals found in our food, air and water supply. Dr Oz is shedding light on some of these important subjects, making health education fun and provocative.
